Stepping out of my comfort zone

These past few days have been very intensive, because I could feel the way the energy was shifting. My love and I are always connected through the veil in very different ways to be acknowledged. To me, it is always a heart-opening moment of pure joy, when I receive a clear sign when I am processing. Especially when I question something about the next step I want to take in my life because it serves my highest good.

The moment I ask him to be at my side, I receive such beautiful answers through the visual world. I know it is time to change my life differently, stepping out of the comfort zone of our relationship it has been this lifetime so far. I was made aware, that he was planning a coming back, to be with his loved ones again, as well as to heal some unfinished business.

I receive some clear messages through several sources, to take me by the hand into a new and unexpected new adventure. Roles will be different this time, which is confusing as well, as a miracle that enables me to be here to witness. How many of us can say this. How this is going to unfold, still will be a mystery as well as a magical journey.

This also means to me, that my role in relationship will change. So to create inner space to be able to do so, I have to let go of the physical relationship we had as partners. I have been dealing internally with this challenge for some time now, the moment I was told this was about to happen shortly. So what would this mean for me?

Love has many faces, and ours has been about partnering up this lifetime initially. Although we knew deep down, inner knowing, this wasn’t going to last our entire lifetime together. It was also about a promise. To enable and love him through all the trials he was going to have. Dealing with the obstacles in his life on a personal level also brought up some challenges for both of us.

Yet, the deep inner love and knowing were enough to bring unconditional love into our relationship. In the end, he was done with this lifetime and had to go to the bottom of his own being. We knew we would see each other again, as well we would be connected through our love. Through the veil to share our love still in such a wonderful and magical way.

What does this mean for me? I struggled for a while on my personal level and my ego wished to be with him in the way we were before. Yet I know why he needs to come back into this reality to resolve whatever there was that needed to be acknowledged. So this big heart of his as well his soul essence is having another precious experience.

He will choose his parents who will enable him to fulfill his journey. His physical being will be different from this lifetime since he has cleared already so many wounds. His blueprint will be one of a teacher, no doubt, for that is what he has to give to the world. His deep knowledge as well, as experiences may as well through music and his talent to share his passion.

So these past few weeks and especially these past couple of days were all about goodbye, to the old and familiar way we were before. Not saying goodbye to our love, it will just be in a different form and I feel blessed to be able to witness this up close again from the start. It also enables me to create new spaces within me.

Letting the physical form be in relationship to me, also created a possibility as well. How this will unfold in my life to come, is still a mystery, as has been a lot for me. Never able to see into the future, always taking it one day at a time.

To be in this moment, to experience and receive what is being offered. His love for me, from his soul, remains the same. As does my love for him. When somebody reacted to a post with the response, he will love you forever and will arrange for you to meet another soul mate, I was flabbergasted, to say the least. His love is this strong for you, that he wants you to be happy with someone else to keep you company.

How grand and rich this will be if this will happen, or should I say when this happens. This creates an enormous trust and faith within my heart and soul as well. So today I am settling the dust so to speak, that was coming up with these messages. Dealing with the conflicting emotions at times, yet always knowing deep within my heart it would be another magical journey for the both of us, again.

So I see when I see you, will have a new identity so to speak. It will be about new beginnings for both of us to follow our soul’s journey. For the highest good of the 2 of us, will it bring in even more uplifting and enlightening energy? This is about a new phase, according to the energy, that is brought in these days as well, as with the new codes of vibration.

We are the creators of our life and we can create magic. Releasing the doubt as well the emotions about loss and pain, there will be clarity never experienced. New visions as well, as expanding love will be a new norm and love will always be the master key, the cement and the glue.

And so it will be done

When do you know you are ready?

When do you know you’re ready?

Going through an intense period this past couple of weeks. Which had to do with releasing old patterns as well, as partners. I have heard this phrase for a week now, please release me, let me go. I know that I always receive messages through the lines of a song.

So for me, this was like, why and what do you want me to do. I knew this would come from my love on the other side of the veil. As I was pondering, what it could mean for me, it dawned on me, it might be time for a new phase in both our lives. It doesn’t matter if either of us is not in the same dimension, we are inner connected with the changes as well, as the healing processes.

I learned to trust this connection over the past 18 months since his transition. I knew it through the emotions that would arise, which were not my own to deal with. The intensity that came with it also brought up experiences we have had through our lifetime spent together.

The love we held so high and new also such low points, were a way of honoring the deepest love we held for each other. In such a profound way, it enables me to feel secure and guarded. So I take these messages not lightly, even though I felt some kind of resistance within. Even to the point I would change the lyrics I heard, into please release me, let it go.

Knowing I was cheating on myself, as well as the messenger. So this accumulated up to this point this week that I no longer could deny the meaning it held. Our souls were on this journey together, with a promise we made to each other. It was a deep clearing and cleansing period we had to work through when the cancer took off all the masks and shook down all the walls.

So we healed each other while going through these steps and processes. Love moves mountains, that’s for sure. We lived it and loved through the heartaches and sorrow, into the depths of the soul’s mission.

So what to do with this message of releasing him and letting him go? It implied that we no longer were connected in the way we have been. The deep love that connects us will never be diminished. Yet, it would get a new meaning. It struck me in my personal emotions and feelings as being a wife and partner, a lover.

If there would be a change in our relationship, what would that mean to me on this personal level? Am I ready to let go of my role in this lifetime? It shook me to the bone to learn that I had already taken a different route, on a different journey. My time here got a whole new meaning after his transition.

I knew it was me-time now. No longer the caretaker or the lover, it was time for me to stand on my own. Creating this lifetime from a totally new perspective. It reconnected me with my deepest inner awareness I never lost, yet was not fully opened in this personal journey.

I had taken a step back, to give all my love and attention to my beloved and my family. So the big question for me was, am I ready for the next phase in my life. It brought me a new kind of awareness and perception of who I Am.

Knowing we are multidimensional beings, I knew that although my love would go on another lifetime journey, there always is this soul connection. All I had to do was adjust to the idea it would be a totally different type of relationship. Yet it doesn’t mean I lose my heart connection with his soul even if he would incarnate.

This is a different kind of perception. As it took me some weeks to adjust to this question to let him go, and release him. It dawned on me, that he and I were sharing the journey together, yet not the same life lessons. I knew this all along. Only it became more apparent his week again with this release of the old way we have been together.

I can only move on and forward when I set him free to do the same. We will meet again in a different kind of relationship on this planet when he will commence his new journey. I also know I will see him when it is my time to make my transition. So when do you know when you are ready? The moment I felt the release was being at ease, after the tears, the allowing, acknowledgment.

Most importantly, the moment I realized, he will find a way to let me know he would be born again. With all the lifetimes we have shared in different roles, this will be another journey to enter in full faith and confidence. Because a love so deep will never be diminished or gone.

All I have to do is love unconditionally whatever this might bring. Stepping into a new phase on my own, knowing I am not alone. Focus on the steps to take to move forward, to learn, and to grow into my being the best way I can. Both of us will be guided and guarded, as will our love be the cord that never will be broken.

This time it will be different for my love to incarnate because of all he has released. This knowledge is enough for me to release him so he can continue his journey. That was the moment I knew I was ready to let him go to follow through with his own soul’s mission.

Oneness – we are connected to everything

When there is only Silence, no words come up, only the senses sharp, and you feel connected to where you are.

Every place you could hold in a loving embrace, filled with the birds singing, the dialogue between the pigeons, Some talking in the distance, and footsteps on the path. Feel the gentle breeze ironing through your hair and the warmth of the sun tempered by the shadows of the trees.

What a variety of trees in this magical, enchanted landscape. At every turn, you take pictures with a different stage Glowing green hills where the trees And parts of old and ancient forests divide them. Because even sitting here in silence, you still see fragments of every journey you’ve made through time.

You don’t even have to close your eyes, to see every print every scene made in your memory bank in your mind, so your eyes and vision can capture. We humans can use it for the welfare of all, or to use the landscape for various purposes.

It’s all in the eye of the beholder, what you want to see. Is the beauty you want, then is the beauty you get? Free choice and free have 2 sides to this medal, One and the same. Memories in the landscape of both are memories of them.

Anyway, you can enter a village along the hill, on one side this little chapel was built in honor of the divine feminine. On the other side, you will find this bunker, a symbol for everything that resists it.

This forms the deeper meaning we have within ourselves, created by duality. War and peace, male and female, you choose and make a way. Every thought creates a form in reality, even in a material sense. We keep the candle burning, high, so everyone can see the light. As a Lighthouse, we stand firmly on the ground.

Through free will service and through every storm mankind has endured. This is the time for everyone to wake up and see the beauty surrounding us, created by One, a New Word, which will create a New World, of Balance and Equality, instead of the duality and contradictions.

Because within the duality lies the key to bringing these contradictions together, Even as One whole, in energy they exist. So will the material be done, co-create within every realm and grid, together able to make a difference, to break the scale when humans can say, it is enough, it is done, we are connected to all as One.

And that’s how it’s going to happen.

How to change a discussion into dialogue

How to go from discussion to dialogue?

It seems there are only discussions going on nowadays. On micro and macro levels, there is not much room for a dialogue between two parties. It also has judgmental issues within the conversations. If you want the outcome to become more like a win-win, then there should be a different perspective from the start.

Instead of looking at the differences, it is time to look at what connects us with each other. The importance of having an open and transparent conversation. If it is about budging heads, there never will be an open dialogue, that’s for sure.

The underlying issue might be to win the discussion and to have more power and influence. Or it comes from a place where the trigger might be not being understood or heard. There is a lot to say for a dialogue. To listen to each other and be willing to resolve an issue or at least an agreement.

It is a social and emotional issue to be able to see the positive in a dialogue, instead of a discussion. Within the discussion, it is always to overpower the other. To make them see it your way. With any means if necessary. No room, nor respect for the way a crisis or experience could be avoided if we find our overlap, so to speak.

The words argue and debate are common synonyms of discuss. While all three words mean “to discourse about to reach conclusions or to convince,” discuss implies a sifting of possibilities, especially by presenting considerations pro and con.

What is the meaning of having a dialogue?

An exchange of ideas or opinions on a particular issue, especially a political or religious issue, to reach an amicable agreement or settlement.

To reach an agreement or settlement, it is important to be able to see both views. As well as the willingness to have an open mind to listen to the other party. It concerns more than the political or religious issues at hand. It is also about the way there is room to work together toward a resolution in a win-win outcome.

We are already taught as children to learn how to discuss the opposite ways of the topic. We even can win a debate/discussion competition.

How clearly you can present the pros or cons to make the opposition see it your way. Do we resolve the problem, or are we just convincing the other party?

Being raised within a community with specific rules, also about the rights we have being female or male, will create a very different implementation of what is right.

So, no room for debate, nor room for error. It is my way, or the highway perspective of thinking. It is internalized within the mental and emotional upbringing as well.

Within an ideal community, or family for that matter. Respect for each other is crucial to be able to listen to the ideas. Not necessarily agreeing, yet willing to see it eye to eye. Finding common ground by resolving the differences. So this will result in a win-win outcome.

What we see in our societies is mostly discussions within all areas. Not just politics and religion, it is also about the lack of respect for each other. Values are not being respected. Demonstrations are becoming street fights. Aggression is a language to overpower, to end a discussion.

Freedom is being violated in so many countries. Cruelty is apparently the norm within every war on earth. There is no discussion, let alone a dialogue between parties. We must find a way within ourselves, to be ready and willing. Not to engage in the discussion to overpower or convince by indoctrination. It all starts within.

It might seem useless in the grand picture. Yet it will make a difference in our own personal lives. It is like the pebble you throw in the water, creating circles that will spread wider and wider.

Touching those in your own personal space. Your loved ones, your friends as well as your community. To stop the internal discussion about being worthy, to be loved.

To start our internal way of thinking, of being right, not able to listen to what the other has to say. A dialogue is not so much about being right. Or fighting to be heard, make the other listen.

If we cannot listen to our internal voices, create a safe space within. That is how we can make a difference in our own inner world. Through Self-Love and Self-worth.

We can only change the way we perceive, and how we want to be heard. To have the freedom to express ourselves without fear. What we need to let go of emotional clutter for one.

This is cramping our way of expressing freely our thoughts and ideas. Healing is a powerful way to start releasing and letting go of old and familiar ways.

Choose for the dialogue within with all those inner voices, coming from negative experiences. Instead of fighting them, acceptance will create more space to be able to see both ways.

Therefore, it will create more love for those wounded parts. Not by overpowering, but by empowering yourself. Listen to yourself, will open up your ability to listen to others.

We all have the choice to do so. Every one of us can create an inner world, so to speak. Where a dialogue is more present. To make a change.

Not just for yourself, but it will always create a change for those around you. Love is the master key. It will always open up areas that have been blocked, wounded, or ignored.

So we can establish a win-win outcome, on a micro-macro level. To find common ground and bring healing and balance.

So, it will be done.

If the world is holding on to you

“If the whole world is holding on to you, and you are not holding on to anything, then you are free. Let everything come and hold you, but you are not holding anything. That’s how you leave the mind and enter freedom.” ~ Mooji

This quote fits my emotional and mental state today. First, it started off with Matt Kahn and his lecture about the true Divinity within ourselves. Saying thank you for every encounter or upheaval I come across on a day-to-day basis.

No matter what triggers it, whether it’s physical, emotional, or mental, just say thank you to yourself to start with. For taking care of me by giving me the signals to watch and making me aware, of growth and conscious awareness in every aspect of my life.

It touched really base by this quote, for it also implied letting go of the relationship my love and I shared in this lifetime. Because if I hold on to this physical presence of his soul, I will deny the change and shifts we are both going through. I know deep within my heart and soul, that this was yet another expression of our deep love for each other. We are one of the pieces of the puzzle every time we engage in a new journey and soul’s expression. All our encounters sprung from love and returned to love.

If the whole world is holding on to you, it means holding on to the representation of our love during this lifetime. For you are my whole world, my love felt as deep as the abyss in the Ocean and as high as the rising sun on a soul’s level. My Heart always knew and knows you in every encounter we had and will have. You are as close to me as my breath and deeply connected, although in a different form and shape.

If I am holding on to the physical presence and the missing, the longing for what has been a life experience, I will not be free of sorrow and pain, nor will I be able to let you grow into your next change of soul. You and I made this loop again, changing the dimensional state, so we can evolve and grow until the next soul’s expression wants to be. All for Love and Love for all, we believe that strongly, even through the most difficult life challenges, that needed to be healed, cleared, and released.

As long as I hold on, I will not be free. Let everything come and hold you, I do not have to hold on to anything. That is key to our life experiences. Let energy come to you, not forcing any kind of energy to be something it is not by creating friction or resistance. Holding on to this personal image you represent during this lifetime is a way of holding back instead of moving forward.

I know, this might seem strange to those grieving a loved one going to the other dimension. If we could see each other differently energetically, we could all perceive the beauty and light every soul shines and has its own unique imprint. We can see this in the eyes of the other, the minute we feel it in our heart, the love and warmth, the reconnection, the recognition of Love as part of us.

This time it is up to me to let go of the material aspect to see You and know You through my heart and read the signs You provide me with even through the veil that prevents me from seeing the spirit of You.

So this is one of the hardest things to do, for I am still on my own personal journey with you by my side. To grow and evolve, I must change my mindset as well. Letting go of memories of the past years by allowing the tears and sorrow to be cleansed and released is one way. It feels like accepting the small me, to become myself and I AM, growing in pain.

Taking off another layer or coat, so to speak, inside out. This is all about being free of all holding me back to step up to the plate to create a way that keeps the best and most lovable experiences. I owe it up to you, to live my life to the fullest, for that is your wish for me.

Let everything come and hold you, but you are not holding anything. That is how you leave the mind and enter freedom, as Mooji said, is a theme that will hold a strong image in my heart. Thank you for all you have given me, and for all you will provide me with. There is no need to hold on, just the need to express my deepest love for you and our life together.

The mind does not have to create old memories, for I will create new ones, with you guiding and supporting me differently from a different place. I am never alone. All I need is the knowing and the deep Love we hold. We will walk the Walk of Hope together in union and commitment to Love. There I will find my freedom of attachments.

And so it will be done.

What would you want to change?

What is it you want to change
about a future vision?

Today is a day when we remember
the coming to an end of a period
of 70 years, when world war ended
for so many people with terrors, sorrow,
fear and feelings of hatred against invasion
to be dealt with.

Mourning and sorrow about the lost families,
men, women, and children alike, and also
loss of trust, paranoia among the people
no longer a safe place to live which was thought
to be one of the safest places in Europe.
Where does this leave us as a nation today?

We keep saying we need to learn from this experience of violation, imprisonment, being overwhelmed, destroyed, as a thief in the night, a lot of people think.

Questions still linger around, for there is no closure still among a lot of families about what happened to their dear ones who were taken out of the community, silently, no questions asked, disappearing from the heart of each family, friend, and job, without a trace.

“We should never forget” is the slogan every year and there is truth in this, Yet if we want this to become a generally accepted and integrated part of our lives, we have to start changing.

We need to start to respect each other daily, within our own community, our neighbors, and the people we meet. On the street, in the shops, paying attention to more than the outer appearances. Don’t let fear be the judge and condemner.

Let the differences become what they are, just that, and not opposing sides. We all pitch in
one way or the other in creating a safe surrounding for children to grow up in, elders to be taken care of, living together in a peaceful co-existence, allowing the qualities to come forth, and working together.

Each has its own unique signature and value in this network we create and towards each person that is connected. When fear rules, we start forgetting how much more we gain. If we are loving and loved, a smile can make all the difference in each other’s lives.

We all want to wake up with a happy feeling and joy to be alive, not just walking a treadmill through life. Once you really wake up and see the inner connections like threads going forth and back as in colors lined out, and hear the sounds as the energy feel they create, we can come together using more than just our eyes and ears.

Then we will be able to listen and see the symphony we are creating together. And it may not be flawless and always in tune. It will be something we all can be proud of for this will bring forth a sense of community where all have a place, where each one is respected, honored, and loved and guidance is freely acquired.

There is a need to not be judged, accepted, and embraced, for in this wheel of life, we all are as important as the wheels of a car spin so we all be moving forward in life.

Encouraged and inspired by every act that comes from the heart where fear has no place to dwell, for every action calls forth the same reaction Love will provide.

Together we can create this future in the now, willingly and lovingly, for each person equal and available to be part of, no one excluded.

And so it will be

Share your love and be loved

Share your love and be loved

Share your love and be loved. This is a phrase I see daily. At first, it was posted on the wall in our former home when entering our home.

Now it is on my table, next to the lights and cards I received after Herman made his transition. At one point it was placed somewhere else, and I missed it, so placed it back again on the table.

Why is this so important to me? How important is this also in our relationship with each other as well, between the two of us. The importance of having this inner relationship within ourselves as a result of sharing our love for one another.

Even still today, years later, sometimes a remark reminds me of something or a period in our life that wasn’t always easy. It is shown in the way people can judge and keep holding on to a belief or grudge they hold.

The first thing I learned was the importance of letting go of grudges, for it was always obstructing my flow of free love and care. It didn’t matter if it was something that was connected to someone else or something I did. Holding a grudge is obstructive. It will always cast a shadow.

More importantly, even when other people hold a grudge against me, the negative energy can influence my own wellbeing. So to me, it is very important to let go of any grudges I might hold.

To know we all are on our journey together and connected with each other, makes a big difference as well. Over the years with every encounter I have had, either with family members or at work, what tends to stick is the negativity by treatment.

When this isn’t done out of Love, we all get bruised along the way. We choose our family and our parents because, from the soul’s perspective, they are the most qualified to teach us to expand our qualities and learn from life experiences through the fear, anger, sorrow, and insecurity that only one thing matters at the end.

Love is and will always be the only key. Maybe not throughout our lifetime we are always able to learn, how to let go and release those anxious emotions or fears of being betrayed, or hurt in any way.

Sometimes we have these intense and hectic experiences that work like a slap on the wrist or a highlight, to wake up. Sometimes illness and death create these turn-around lifetime experiences.

Going through this whole process of letting go of abilities and working through every layer backward, will leave us naked and bared. Yet when the heart is filled with love, we can also embrace every encounter.

Even the little, precious moments that bring joy and gratitude at the same time. For those are the moments when you love and share it with your loved ones. In return, they will give back the love they hold for you.

So: share your love and be loved.

Intuition

When I said I am here for you to speak
The silence was deafening at first.
You were not coming in with big words
Or grand gestures to be known.
It took me time to get comfortable with
The nudges as well as the little pushes
That made me aware of what was going on.
Sometimes it is just the line of a song,
Other times a hug from a child unexpectedly
That makes me conscious of my own energy
Reflected by the acts of others around me.
Feeling strongly connected with this flow
That makes me write without any withholding
Letting the words come to the front, so to speak.
Like stepping aside to let the information
The energy connects with another well
Deep within myself or with my High Self.
When I have this urge to sit down and write
I know there is something important
That needs to be addressed.
Speaking out loud, the messages are another
Dimension that gives a deeper meaning to
The messages that are forming themselves along the way.
Just a different form yet the importance of sound
Is another way of expressing myself again.
My life is my song, my book to be written
Accordingly, the way it enfolds itself.
Attuning to my guidance as well as my inner
Knowing or intuition, this deeply connected
Essence that is part of me as well.
With each day, it will expand and grow,
It will be a force that will find its way
sometimes on paper, yet always in my life
The way I want to communicate and love.
Each page is to be shared, I am told,
Each message is to be written
And each time I feel the need to follow
The nudge from within, it is always
Crystal clear and filled with love.
To me, that is the barometer of truth.
The love that comes flowing in and through
Are part of my essence as well as my integration
With my higher self, the knowing aspect,
In a very realistic and material way.
It materialized my connection with Love
As in Life, to be all that I am and can Be.
